There are designated parking bays for 5 cars at the front driveway and 5 cars at the rear driveway. No cars are to be parked on lawn areas.

No smoking is allowed in the house, games zone and all bedrooms/chalets. Smokers must be outside and use ashtrays provided at all times. No cigarette butts are to be disposed of in garden, pool area, balconies or elsewhere and charges apply for extra cleaning time for collecting discarded butts throughout the property.

No, unfortunately there are no pets allowed at the property.

No, strictly the number of guests booked and approved by management in writing are permitted to stay. The house is on tank water with septic systems and additional guests place an undue burden on the property’s facilities.

The main house has free WiFi, and soon boosters will extend WiFi coverage to the guest wing and chalets. Password included in welcome pack.

Yes, the gardens and pathways are well lit, as is the pool and outdoor deck areas.

Yes until 10pm in line with the EPA laws. After this time, you are required  to move indoors as external noise from the pool area may disturb our neighbours.

Approximately 25 metres from the games room, and approximately 60 metres from main house.

There are a few stairs to the main house entry. There are 3 steps to the games room. There are approximately 20 steps to the chalets, or an alternative flat path entry is available.

Yes, there are 3 large shade umbrellas in the pool area or for outdoor dining.

Yes, many!  There is a veranda off the Guest Wing rooms, and many mature tall trees providing shade in the gardens. There are also shaded balconies off the chalets.

Tariff is for 27 guests on beds in 10 bedrooms. There are 3 additional pull out beds available on request at a small extra fee.

Kitchen is very well stocked with ample crockery and cutlery, wine, champagne and water glasses, serving bowls, platters and placemats.  Pots, pans, baking trays, plastic containers, etc also supplied. There is a 4 slice toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee frother, coffee plungers, sandwich toaster and blender.

Teabags, herbal teas, starter pack of Nespresso pods, pepper and salt, sugar, plain & SR flour, oil, spices, serviettes.

Two fridge/freezers in the main walk in pantry. A large commercial drinks fridge is located in the bar.  Bar fridges in each of the chalets.

The main table seats 14 guests, with a second table seating 8 guests.

Yes. There are torches provided in every room, plus emergency candles in holders provided.

Yes, a large metal ice bucket on a stand is located at the rear deck near the BBQ

Yes there is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, trough, baskets and pegs provided. This is also a clothes line outside.

Yes, there is a Bluetooth speaker at the property for guest use.

No, you will need to supply your own charger.

Yes, in every bathroom.

There are several ironing boards and irons under the stairs in the main house as well as in several of the bedrooms and the chalets.

There is a large TV in the living room, and also in the Games Room.

There is a large square table seating 8 outside  on the bar deck.

A long table on the deck seats 18 guests. Additional tables and chairs from around the property can be added to this area if required but must be returned to their original locations.

Netflix is available on our large TV in the main house with your personal account log in. 

Bedrooms with TVs include  Bed 1 (king) , Bed 4 (king) , Bed 6 (king), Bed 7 (bunk), Bed 9 (king) and Bed 10 (king).
